One year when I was working in Louisiana, I was there during Christmas, and me and my friends had a large good Cajun meal with all the trimmings! Crawfish pie, shrimp gumbo, cajun fried catfish, and boudain sausage! Man that was good!!

When I was little, the family tradition from my father's side was lamb's head. But when I was about 10/12, you couldn't even find it anymore to buy so we stopped having that.

I would have to say Hamburger helper! Hubby and I had a wicked case of the flu and had to put Christmas off a few days and the only thing we had in the house was hamburger helper. I hope I don't have to do that again!
