i'm going back again this week to my cancer doctor for like 3 more biopsys and i'm i guess getting a little concerned with this whole deal. i've already had operations to get cleared of skin cancer already and now it looks like it has come back again in my body. have any mylotters experienced the same thing with skin cancer, that once you've had it that it keeps turning up in your body again? mine was caused by severe sunburn i had in my early twenties, when i fell asleep on the beach for hours, on venice beach in california, and ended up in a burn unit at the hospital...stanzi

I am so sorry to hear about your condition my friend. I have PM you awhile ago, and I hope you have received it because there is a problem with my PMs lately.
I have done a research about skin cancer but I guess it is best that your doctor should give you the absolute advice on your treatment. I think the reason why you need the biopsy is for your doctor to plan your treatment precisely and with all the advance science technology, anything can be cured with the help of God. So don't worry too much my friend. You have the all the prayers of people who loves you and the advance medical science behind you, so nothing to worry. Be strong and take care always my dearest friend! :)

I have not had skin cancer myself, but I did have a biopsy for a mass in my right chest yesterday so I understand your concern. I am waiting for the results now. I should have them Monday. I am sorry to hear about what you're going through. My thoughts will be with you. I hope everything turns out ok for you.

You must have really burnt yourself bad, obviously you did. Sorry to hear about your problem with skin cancer, hardly seems fair to me as if you haven't suffered enough already. I have no idea what skin cancer is like much less what it even looks like. I wish I knew more about it because you hear of more and more people all the time getting it. Is it only caused by the sun? I really need to get educated on the matter. I do however wish you well!!!

dear grandmaof2...yeah, i was in the burn unit with that sunburn...i fell asleep on venice beach in california when i was like 23 years old..silly me. thank you for your kind response..and you can get it from moles gone bad which is what my first 3 operations were above my right shoulder blade...have yourself a great holiday with your family and friends...stanzi

Sun-burnt huh?, that must be some bad news. I've always thought that you couldn't actually get sunburnt to such a degree. But you know what you learn something new everyday. I really hope you get well soon.
