How do you sanitize your hands

In our daily life, our hands are always expose to dirty materials. We are holding things maybe we knew its clean, but what we do not know is that there are microscopic or very little orgainism attached to it that could transfer to our hands, and could transfer to the foods that we are eaating. So before Im using alcohol to sanitize my hands, but according to some doctors that I consulted, alcohol is not the answer to sanitize or to make our hands cleans.The thing that should be done is to really wash our hands with soap and water and dry it after by a clean towel.How about you? How do you sanitize your hands Im just curious.
