help me with my dandruff :-(

since about 2 years i have been suffering a flaky sclap condition and its very bad.i use garnier fructis a zinc pyrithrone based shampoo.i tried selsun with not very god results. i shampoo every two days.but there are still flakes sometimes.i shampoo but the flaking just comes back by the evening.and just after i shampoo i rub my scalp with my finger and still can see some flakes...help me please
