What is the type of crab you enjoy. Where do you purchase your crab from

I prefer crab from Yangcheng Lake, Suzhou, China. And it's famous in Chinese communities. I always buy it from friends who cultivates crab in Yangcheng Lake. Of course, sometimes I also buy crabs from marketing directly.

I don't really know all the different types of crab. I love crab though. I usually eat it out, but if we are making crab cakes at home we buy it in a can.
