Having Affair

A friends wife was having an affair, as it turns out, it was with someone who befriended everyone around, he was invited to peoples homes and trusted as one of the group. do you think that it is worse to have been cheated on by someone whom you know or a complete stranger?

i have mixed feelings on that
if the relationship is good and happy and both people are like maybe 50% satisfied, then no reason to cheat
its always messy if and when people do
however, if one or the other partner is not satisfied and sees no way to fix it, then maybe cheating is ok
discuss it with your partner first, say what you want, say you want to fixthe situation, etc, if they don't care , then you have a right to go looking I think
easier if its a stranger
