if your child is 10 years old and above i think that he is having problems with sleep. i am no expert in this subject matter but i recognize the fact that your child is having trouble sleeping. anyways i suggest that you try and consult a physician or a health professional because most disorders have their onset during childhood, its much better that the problem be corrected while it is still in its "budding" stage. i hope that i contributed something significant. have a nice day!.

of course you contributed something significant. thank you very much. you are correct on saying that i have to consult his pediatrician about this sleeping problems while it is in the early stage.

There are things you can do to help your child get better sleep at night. Let him stay in his bed and soothe himself back to sleep. Read here for more information. http://www.helium.com/tm/250628/having-means-losing-sleep

If your child is less than two years old, that's normal. As long as in the day time, they have time to sleep, too. Don't be bothered, just continue nourishing your child with lots of love, care, and attention. Happy parenting!
