Virus of flu and influenza spreads in winter. Winter is good weather for the survival of virus. It penetrate in the nose or throat of the body of human being and here it start to suffer and damage the respiratory sections of a person victim of the virus. If a person goes out of the hot place to the cool winter place he or she becomes victim of the virus. Virus needs to escape from the cool places and get escape in the nose of the person who became infected with this virus attack and he becomes sick.

It is mostly because people spend their times indoors - the germs are able to travel to other people more quickly because they spend more time in confined areas with groups of people (a church, gymnasium, coffee shop, etc.) Also, schools tend to cause this too because kids don't have as good as immune systems - this can come back home & get whole families sick
