cats, are they worst

because i have this friend who hate cats and for her cat is the worst pet ever,
it is because when shes still young a street cat scratch her(it is according to her)
but do you think this is fair in the part of the cat lovers guild? to be called as the worst pet ever

I think some people hate cats because they are not taking the time to truly understand them. Cats can make wonderful, loving pets but if you are mean to them, they will be mean to you and thats why alot of people don't like cats. When I was younger, I didn't care for cats because I came across some unfriendly cats but now I have grown to absolutely love cats. I love them so much that I have eight cats now!
