Laying in a nice, relaxing bubble bath with a good novel should help yo relax. Preferably use Lavender bubble bath as this is relaxing.

I have pets. Ifind sitting with them,petting them relaxing. Listening to classical music is soothing for me. There are also cd out of wonderful earth sounds. They are great. My daughter has one of water sounds. Ocean waves, whale song, gentle rain. MAybe get a massage.A good back rub can do wonders.

try to have coffee with friends. Just chill out..or go for a walk in the neighborhood. If you love to read books..go ahead read some. Or do a meditation...

I'm not always very good at calming down but I always find that a really hot shower or bath with lavender works really well.
I like to go for walks if I'm stressed out. I find it helps let off steam.

if you are busy, you will really find it hard to quiet down. you will always think of the work or jod that needs to be done. my suggestion is to finish first all the priorities, then you will have time to quiet down effectively. if you're ready, you can listen to mellow music. it sets the mood. it helps to settle down things.

I think different people have different ways to relax. Just use some time to do what you like to do most. Listening to music, talking with friends,reading,watching movies or doing some exercise can make me relax. No matter how busy you are,keep being happy,tell yourself " I can fix it, it's not big deal". Keep relaxed and enjoy your life.
