Does anyone sign "WITHOUT RECOURSE"?

Just checking to see if anyone signs this way?
for those who dont know "without recourse" means without liability.
Basically im just curious where everyones head is with this and if anyone really uses it?

I don't really understand what that means. Do you mean you can sign something without taking any responsiblity for it? How does that work? What can you do that on? What are the benefits? Can you use this to sign things like say, a contract with a place like Easy Home?
