yahoo messenger offers voice chat wherein you can talk with anyone provided that you have a microphone.

i have downloaded the software,but i can not remember the ID number i signed up several months ago.i think i should registe for a new one.the other problem is who could talk with me.now my ability of speaking is very poor,who will give me a chance to improve my ability?can you?
