there are two ways to say i love you in my language, bikol. first is "padangat ta ka." it is usually spoken to family members, friends, and other important persons. for lovers, we say "namomotan taka." it has a deeper meaning since "moot" is traced to "boot" which is the deepest part of our being. i think it is the best way to say i love you, which comes from within.

I am from Karnataka and the language spoken here is Kannada which is also state langauge.
In kannada, I love you is said as follows:
NAANU NINNANNU PREETHISUTTENE
I you love
