What can i do?

Greetings all, i am new to mylot so i would like to start off by introducing myself. My name is Ian Stevens and i am 36 yrs old, I am married, my wife's name is Laura(she has asked me not to display her age), and we have a 16 yr old daughter(she is in fact my stepdaughter). We live in Italy, we moved here almost 2 years ago from Zimbabwe Africa. About a year and a half ago i was diagnosed with arthritis, recently this has started affecting my right elbow (I am a compulsive nail biter, and the nails on my right hand have started growing for the first time in my life simply because i can no longer reach my mouth) just to explain the severity of the problem. I do rather physical work for a paper recycling company and have just discovered that i am on the verge of loosing my job because of my incapability of performing my dutys to the fullest. This discusion has not been started to seek sympathy or charity, but only advice. I would like advice, either on how to overcome the pain almost immediately, or where to find genuine online work that is not going to cost money to start, where i can earn a reasonable "salary" of approximately US$2200. My internet skills are not 100% so preferably work along the lines of data entry or the like (preferably something that doesn't require a great deal of typing or secretarial skills), as i need to continue looking after my family or i may risk losing them as well. Your comments will be most appreciated.
