Mini - Meals: Can you come up with combinations?

One of the ways to lose weight and keep the pounds off is by cutting back on calories. I eat at least 5 times a day (Every three hours) by having meals which are 400 calories or less. So, in total I eat around 2000 calories a day. What also is important to keeping weight off is eating right. Choosing foods from specific food goups is essential to this process maintaining a balanced diet. These catagories include: Proteins(Lean Meat,Fish), Fiberous Carbs (Fruit & Vegtables), and Starchy Carbs (Potatos, rice, etc...) With the right proportions these foods work in concert with each other to give your body the nutrients it needs, plus jacks up your metabolism to burn that unwanted fat! What unique combinations from these three food groups can you come up with to balance this type of diet? Example: For breakfast I had: 2 Eggs (1 yoke, 1 White) 1 C Cereal w/skim milk 1 Apple sliced.

no the healthiest is when somebody will cook anything you want for you even when it has too many calories or not enough veggies, just knowing someone who is gonna be there and cook whatevr you like, especially when you are a kid, gives you tons of strength for the future

You do realize people back when I was a kid use to cook with a substance called "Lard." That stuff without a doubt, had to be one of the most unhealthy things you could ever put in your body. Do they still make Crisco?
