Yes, I think the landlord will get married. He will run across his first love in a grocery store. They will have a little small talk and she will give him her number. He will call her to go out for brunch. They both are very gitty. It feel just like it did in high school. They will meet, eat, go fishing (of course), and as they lay on the bank on a blanket looking at the stars after a fun day of laughter and excitement. They will look into each others eyes and never look back.

I know what you mean, landlords are a pain in the neck thou surprisingly they most of times are or were married. LOL. it just makes you wonder with that behavior towards you how can he possibly live with someone else. Hope he does and gets easier on you.

yes, my landlord was married to his best friend from Kentucky. They did not talk much about the wedding but they ended up having two boys real close togehter..This was a nice place to live as the family was very friendly to me. I hope your landlord finds a good mate too.
