watch jojo's circus in disney channel, specifically playhouse disney. jojo the clown will teach you how to jump really high.
but if you would ask me (since i always watch the tv series) just jump as high as you can and shout "up, up, and awaaaayy!!!"

strengthening your legs will be the best way to increase your jump. try to workout concentrating on your hips below most importantly your legs. try also to use and put some weights on your legs when you workout, run walk or jump. those tips will definitely help increase your jump.
