I feel Lost because i lost my Passions, all my favorites interests seem to be gone... * What are your Passions? Give me "Inspirations" pls Websites, Books, Music, Indoors-Outdoors activities...

If it is really your passion, it will really last forever. Try "wild at heart" by John Eldredge. I have read that good book. It tells about the design by God of man's heart.

dania, the best thing to do is go for walks (outside)--it does the trick (at least for me)
