Everybody wants to have a lasting career in the whole life. But to live in a real society, we have to do some job which isn't our favourate. Now I am an engineer now, and I like what I do. But I often think I'm not really proper to do this job. Maybe a scientist is a better choice?

Those who are working in private enterprises do not think so. I am no longer working since I am in business for the past 10 years. However, in Government jobs, people feel a lot of security. In private companies, it is the continuous process of acquiring skill and demonstrating that skill to be on the process of climbing the ladder. One has to keep on climbing the ladder, because one will not find a landing place. I think both the employers and the emloyees do not want their employees to stay longer than required and employees keep looking for greener pastures, employeers will be looking for more brighter and talented people to start at lower salaries.
