A tribute to Bob Marley...how did this man's music affect you?

Bob Marley's music was introduced to me in college. I live in a country with a lot of beaches and being in the beach just makes it so good to listen to his reggae music. Aside from the beat and good sound reggae brings, this great man's songs just give so much power and principle that people just tend to gravitate to its message. Like for example his song Exodus...movement of Jah people...I feel that in my country, where migration is also a common theme, I feel that his music resonates to our cries of purpose and movement as well. Also the song redemption song where a line goes...emancipate yourselves from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our mind, this also is one song that speaks to me deeply. This man shared to me more than just song, he gave me vision as well as faith.
