what I should for serving in church ?

Nowadays, I am preparing for the christmas performance,and I served in two churches,and one thing is that the main church I served is a lot of people there,the other church is very small,it was just started.when we face the problem is that the small church will have the performance on 17 DEC,but the other church have the last preparation for the christmas eve.and then we tell this thing to the paster,but the paster quarrel with us.he is really not like a paster,he is a devil.really bad to us.as we are young and we have no fears,and we pray this things.at last the problem solved and the main church chage the date,but still problem inside.I really want to quit the main church.and what do you think,pls tell me ?

Pray to God for guidance since the large church's pastor is not acting like a man of God, perhaps you will be better off going to the small church. It is obvious that God is trying to convince you to stay with the small church instead of the large church. So pray to God and see what Church preaches the word of God, and quit the other one. By hiring an ungodly man as a pastor, the large church is showing that it is not preaching the true word of God.

Thanks for your advice and I will follow the advice of God,pray and listen to our God.
One more thing is that here in China,the paster is chosen by the government.and we cannot select one.unless we have a fellowship to worship by ourself.

Thanks, and right pray and listen.God will make a way for me.without the word of God we can't live good,but some times if we think in our mind or our ways.,the road we have is so difficult,follow the lord and obey the words from God

Serving God is the best work you could ever have done. But as the bible says, "you cannot serve two masters." My first question is, "Are you really a Christian?" If you are, then you need to know that you need to be in one church where you execute the command of God.
Every church has its unique feature. Pray about it and beg God to show you where you will grow and serve God. But I would like to tell you that there is no perfect church. The moment you prayed and God lead you to a particular church, be faithful and loyal to it, with the Pastor included. You move out from a church only if it is already against the teaching of God.

Thank you for your advice,and i think i will pray for that for the road, where there seems to be no way and there is a way.but the sentense"you cannot serve two masters" I don't think it is useful for this situation because I serve only one master that is God,and God won't let this kind of situation occured,if is happened ,it will not come from God,that will be come from the devil.but thanks God,that i have more wisdom now.and also thank you for your advice.
