Corruption is not only an Indian problem-it is a human problem, Every country appears to have the disease of corruption and African countries like Nigeria and my own country Uganda have very alarming levels of Corruption. Recently in my country a fomer minister of health stole $250,000,000 meant for HIV/AIDS-that is very serious corruption if you asked me. In Nigeria, the late President Sani Abacha had $1,000,000,000 stolen and stached away in a swiss bank. The Late Mubuto of Democratic Republic of Congo was the top 10 most richest individuals in the world-he was richer than the state he was ruling! That to me is corruption and these my dear shankaranz007, are not Indians, they are Africans!
