I hate this! I just buy this new disk less than three months! And i treated it carefully as never before! How could it be damaged again!I can't open it anymore!
And i don't know why. Probobally because my computer suffered from virus? But my Kaspersky didn't sent me any warning!
What's your anti-virus software? Is Kaspersky useful?

I think your disk is still in the time of guarantee to keep it in good repair.Just exchange it.If not,update your Kaspersky.In fact,any virus killing softwear all need updating.Or else it can't kill new virus.
