1 lb of pasta, best with shells to hold the sauce I don't remember where I got this recipe but my mom makes something similar. 1 cup of olive oil. 1 cup of red onion chopped. 8 cloves of fresh garlic 1/2 cup of honey. 1/2 cup butter (not margarine) 1 tblsp or teriyaki 1/2 cup of parmesan pinch of pepper tblsp of parsley 1 lb of the cooked food of your choice (I like italian sausage, shrimp, or salmon) You want to start the water for the noodles when you are chopping the onion. cook onions and garlic in olive oil for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add honey, teriyaki, and butter. When you drain the noodles, you don't have to rinse. Toss noodles with sauce. Add the parsley and parmesan. Serves 6. It tastes really good with shrimp, but you can substitute it with tomatoes, or zucchini squash.

i make this all the time, at least once or twice a week! i don't really measure anything, so use your best judgement for quantities! pasta of choice packet of alfredo sauce mix & milk/butter 1 can diced tomatoes half bag of frozen squash meatballs or crumbled sausage lots of seasonings including garlic, chili powder, onion, etc. mozzerella cheese, grated while cooking pasta, i start cooking meat/sausage & frozen squash together. once mostly cooked, i add the alfredo mix & tomoatoes...follow the instructions on package for sauce mix...probably need to add milk/butter add seasonings to taste - basil, oregano, garlic, onion...we add a few dashes of chili powder for some kick... serve over pasta & top with cheese
