Ok thats easy. Do you know any of his friends? ASk one of them to tell him that you have the Hotts for him.If you can get someone to do this for you, you have it made in the shade.

Hi Dana, I think you should tell him, if you do not tell him, he will never know your feeling, and maybe he also likes you and also hesitate whether he should express his love to you or not. Once you tell him, all the things will be clear.If he also likes you, that's great,if not,he already knew your feeling and have a will to establish relationship with you, then both of you can effort for the same aim.If you are so shame to tell him directly, you can request your friend to help you. ^^Good luck!!

It can be a pretty scary thing to tell someone you like that you are interested in them, when you don't know what their reaction will be. My best advice to you would just to be honest, take a moment to get up the courage and just explain to him how you feel, ask him to meet you for coffee or go to a movie/dinner. Make sure you figure out if he is taken or not first though, and if he is, I would suggest to wait for him. You don't want to come between a current relationship at all.
