do you talk to your downline?

i've grown my pond to about 17 direct and 4 indirect and i was wondering if you contact your people? i've sent a couple messages and never heard anything back, i'm trying to remember if my sponsor ever contacted me and i dont think they did, so i'm asking all of you!

Although my downline doesn't exist at the moment (new to business) I can answer from a 'downline' person. My sponser does email us at least weekly. Also there is a yahoo group for all her downline to join. The files there are most helpful. She answers any questions I might have via email and sends encouragement. When I establish my downline I hope to do the same. Even if they do not respond they may be encouraged and perhaps seeing your communication is just what they needed to stay motivated.
