I do not think Buck, from The Call of The Wild, was meant to be owned by humans. As he goes about his journey, he adapts and becomes more independent. He follows his wild instincts and becomes closer to his ancestral past, when dogs were not owned by humans. What do you think?

I am not talking about any TV shows, I am talking about the book by Jack London named "Call of The Wild" (I know that should be italicized), and Buck is the main character, a dog who is kidnapped and sent to be a sled dog in the Klondike Gold Rush.
