Usually when I feel stressed I bite back. Like when some one asks me if I've finished something I'll ask them have I given it to you? Oh then I guess not. Probibly not the best work advice if you like your job. But also what helps is to have like a little neck massager in a drawer that you can get five minutes of relaxation during your work time. Or even to have lavander or some type of aroma therapy on your desk that just calms you.

I could (and just may) write a book on stress at work and feeling like you're being pushed. I delivered mail for 18 years and my last boss wrote me up when I was delivering mail after dark - which is against our union contract to begin with - he wrote me up for changing from my black shoes into white sneakers because I had a blister and thought I'd get done sooner if I could walk without so much pain. He put in his report that I was wearing "non-regulation white tennis shoes which were a safety violation". What I ended up doing was being forced from my job! I hope that doesn't happen to you and that you're able to stick up for yourself when you're pushed and harrassed.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage stress, as it is part of life in busy world.
But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
