I have been watching a few TV reality shows of late. I have got an impression that many of them are not really real. A lot of bullying, money making process (such as SMS) happens. Are the people being made fools?

reality tv shows are all based on scripts.. there is no way that they can put things on the air and not have some sort of control on what they do... lots of ppl think that its just real and its a live feed to what it is.... when its not and it is scripted...

How do you explain a show like Big Brother where they offer a 24 hour live feed on their website...you can choose the camera in the house, listen in, 24 hours a day..? There might be some that are fake but not all of them are. Producers do have control on the reality shows, they air all the fights and arguments for ratings and try to make it as suspenseful as possible so the audience will be intrigued. Amazing race is good at doing that...even if last place team is 5 hours behind the second last team they will make it seem like they are only 2 minutes behind. gotta love reality tv lol.

Big Brother yes has the 24 hour feed. But there is consequences for their actions. Just like Jen in the last season for choosing to eat. They have to keep some kind of control in the house and the producers have that right. The feeds do go down as well. So you can't say that you actually get a true 24 hour feed. Another thing you dont know when these time clocks are stamped. In this day and age with technology there are many ways to change the system and to make it seem real when in fact they are fake. You have to take this all into consideration.
