As all minerals or substances from the ground area have been put up on earth surface, definitely, it will effect the spinning balance of the earth and will change the earth's spinning speed. Finally, the earth will become more closer, in linear distance, towards the sun. Towards closing to the sun, the world will, of course, collided with other planets or any huge substances which we do not know their exact location.
