Are you the type to mock other people's faith. You shouldnt mock people!

I saw something here..which the person did not directly say was mocking another faith; but for those of us who know the symbalism behind a certain image..it was an slap in the face and mockery.
Do you tend to mock people's beliefs, make fun of them for believing how they do: whether it be for how they dress, how they pray, what they do because of their faith.
I think it's terrible that we expect others to accept us and our own beliefs but do not return the favor.
Don't mock anything of religion..because more then likely someone on here on mylot will be offended!!!

To be honest I think we all say things joking, some do it to be cruel but I know I don't. I'd never mock someones faith infront of them though, most of the time it's a just a joke if I actually do.
I know people would mock people who don't believe in a faith (such as myself) or form an opinion even though that's something most faiths spicify not to but it's life. I'd happily say sorry to anyone/if I had offended someone which does make a difference.

That is very noble of you. I don't mock people who don't believe in Faith.. It's where they are in life and some stay there forever. It's not for me to pass judgement either on those who believe or those who don't, or how people chose to show their belief or lack of..I don't like it especially when people say they believe and then go around knocking down everyone who don't believe like they do or those who believe nothing at all.

he he..am catholic..but i have friends of every race, color, creed , faith or no faith..I don't think being one faith or other gives you an advantage over others..it's whats inside makes the person outside.

I agree.
I know those types, I remember coming across someone who said cathalics was more "friendly" than muslims and slated them as barbaric but I always remind myself there's good and bad in every religion and every nation. I actually see good things about most, I just to don't believe in it.

There are so many different types of people here..people who believe and those who dont' ..Those who are muslim those who are christian, the protestant the catholic, the believer, the atheist.
It is not here, in a public forum that we need to start pointing fingers..we need to be accepting people..
If anyone is going to try to preach..let it be by example.. this is how I feel

You are so right. You should treat others the way you want to be treated. I guess some people don't think how they would feel if someone treated them like that.

It really irked me the other day to see someone post a pic and ask what do you think does this scare you or you think it's funny. This person new the image ..had to know..that this image was a religious symbal and the response was mockery.
To the person who posted and those who made fun; it may have meant nothing but to others here it has some really deep symbolism..
I think how you post a discussion really manifests the level of maturity you have..don't poke fun at people..neither for what they believe or what they don't believe.
By the very act of poking you are showing how very little belief you have yourself.
