Dravid is a good player,& he has a good record against australia, some days ago he played against mumbai in ranji trophy he made DOUBLE CENTURY in first innings & made century in second innings,he is a capable to make runs against australia,he is a most experience batsman in indian team & this experience work in australia to win the series,in last tour dravid's double century make india win that match....so dravd can't loose his place in indain cricket squad

you are right my friend. he is right now in a very bad form and other players are playing really well. There is a lot of healthy competition between the players which is bringing the maximum output from them and I think this is just good news for the Indian team. Whenever there is a competition between players to get selected then we will get to see the maximum output from every player which is very much important in every match. And same would be applicable for the Australian tour. He is in a bad form but has a good track record and maybe he will be selected for one match it is a risk which may be out. But for one days I think he is a sure shot exclusion because there are ample of players with talent waiting just to get selected and that is which will affect him a lot.

Absolutely NO! A player of his caliber, Dravid must not have any difficulty in finding a place in Indian Test Squad. He might have to face few questions for One Day side. But his inclusion in both form of Cricket is a must in foreign tours for his rock-solid technique.

I think it happens in the career of all the batsman. At sometime they will be out of form and will be getting out quickly. One of the best thing to give them is rest and allow them to play some domestic cricket and allow them to enjoy some vaccation and to come back to the team strongly. I personally believe Rahul Dravid should be given rest for one month. He should be allowed to take a vaccation and do some practise and after he gets his confidence back and after he has got some good form he should be brought back to the cricket team. Right now India is playing lots of games than any another cricket team. India has one of the busiest schedule. It do happen during the time some of the batsman might get burnout and some might get out of form because of the huge number of matches they are playing. My opinion is to rotate a player or give them adequate rest adn then to bring them back to the team. I would suggest Rahul Dravid should be given rest for one or two months. I think he should not be droped more than than and he should not be dropped permanently.

I think it is currently slag period in Rahul Dravids currier life. But this is common and has been experienced by many best cricket players. I thinks Dravid should take a small break and then agin come with good form and again make a good place in the team.

I disagree with you on this. Dravid definitely is still the wall of India. Yes, he has had a lean 6 months period, but that has come after a very long long time. I think he is getting back into his groove. I definitely think that he would be an asset in the Aussie tour.
Cheers!

the way he is performing is not what the selectors must be liking and with so many quality players waiting at the bench for the turned to come I don't think it is in any way good news for him. He is badly out of form and is not making runs and stop in the one-day format of the game I don't feel he would be included because we have a very strong team with consistent lets so to include him means to exclude or draw a very good player who is in form and I don't think that would be a very good idea that is why I feel he may still get a few more chances in test matches but one day is something which I don't feel he would be playing a lot more. His biggest blunder was to leave his captaincy was now he is simply fighting for his place in the team fate is playing the game with him but if he can play exceptionally well in the Australian CDs during the test matches and the innings has to the very fast that the selectors may think of giving him a chance but frankly speaking I don't see a lot of folk in that
