Heres the scenario, you are walking along the mall and find a ticket you see it as trash so you just pick it up. Later that nite your watching tv and the lottery numbers come across the screen---you recall picking something up at the mall and decide to search your pocket to see what it is. OH MY GOSH ITS A LOTTERY TICKET....so you check out the numbers and WHAAAALAAAAA its a winner. Are you going to claim it? After you claim it what are you going to do with it? Who would you tell, would you tell anyone that you found it or would you consider one mans trash another mans treasure? FINDERS KEEPERS LOOSERS WEEPERS??
