is charice pempengco the new banig?

two beautiful voices with such a young age. though banig almost make it big internationally at her time unfortunately not able to, but we still have to admit she has a very beautiful voice. and seeing charice pempengco makes me think about banig. i just hope that she can reach the international audience in the future and not just all of a sudden disappear as what happen to banig.

yea, she is good. she lives here in the Philippines. she joined in a national singing contest here but she didn't become the champion/winner. she was eliminated in the national singing contest. but now, she's soaring great heights. good luck for her.

Banig has a very powerful voice too and she made waves way back then. She might have become a bigger star if there was Youtube at the time. I wonder how she is doing now? I am sure she is still singing and I hope she has found her niche in the music world.

i don't know who banig is but i know that charice is the new singing sensation. Ellen Degeneres was even amazed with the girls performance that sooner we'll be seeing Charice perform in Ellen's talk show. Pinoy pride, yay.

charice is good but not enough charisma. banig has a universal appeal. i found a current pic of her on myspace. www.myspace.com/banigmusic turns out she is making noise in US the Filipinos are just not picking it up. I actually heard her song and she has a really nice sound now. Not corny and bakya!
