I just Love the dollar store for items such as scapbbooking, kids glues, tape, crafts items ect. I find it adds up so fast that when I leave I just spent 30 or more there ....How many others find the same thing and what do you like to buy from there....
Thank you for your thoughts

I love dollar stores. Unfortunately where I live now they have none. There's a cheap store almost like it but it's not a true dollar store. I'm visiting home for a while so I'm going to love going again. I only pick up a couple items there so I usually don't spend over $10 when I go.

My son loves the dollar store. However he only gets to choose at most 2 items or sometimes 3. He has enough toys and stuff as it is but when hes been behaving all week then he gets a treat at the dollar store. I limit at most to $5.

I have definitely noticed that. You would think being a dollar store, it is cheap. But I always end up spending a lot of money.

I too love shopping at dollar stores, and I hate that it can add up quickly if you're not really thinking about it. They just have too many good things to pass up on all the deals, so I just end up grabbing some things and then later on I realize that it added up way too quickly for my liking. But, it definitely beats buying products from other stores most of the time.

Yes, it seems to sneak up on you sometimes. I think it is because it is only a dollar we forget to add it up in our heads and get to the cash register and are in for a shock. I buy my wrapping paper at Dollar Tree because they have a bunch of different kid type ones at a buck a roll. They are smaller rolls, but you can get a few different patterns for the same price as one roll somewhere else. I get my ibuprofen there too sometimes. Dollar stores are nice for inexpensive stocking stuffers too.
