eBay Alternative?

I am interested in finding an alternative to eBay- Any website that provides the ability to sell items online. It doesn't have to be an online auction. I'm very familiar with Craigslist, also. I'm looking to sell clothing, for the most part, so perhaps someone may have a good recommendation, particularly for clothing sales. Thank You!

I know of a couple handmade sites- etsy and pinkdoodle- coming soon!
None handmade- Overstock.com auctions or Amazon auctions.
Amazon can be expensive though and Overstock I have heard sellers have a hard time getting people to pay but I heard that part is also getting better.

I don't really have too much hand made stuff, but I'll check them out in the event that I ever do. I haven't used Overstock auctions nor Amazon. I am going to check them out also. Thanks for the suggestions!

You should check out Amazon.com, they have an auction setting as well as an amazon store. There is also www.ecrater.com that has free online stores that I have seen a few people here mention.

I've used Amazon quite a few times, though only as a buyer. I didn't know they had an auction option. Very interesting. Thank you for the suggestion!

my alternate place to shop and sell is www.half.com
there are a branch off ebay but you don't bid. they got used to brand new stuff to sell and you sell to. I love buying movies and books there. I can get movies under $10 at times. and books under $5.

Try auctionfire.com they claim to be an ebay alternative with free listing and image uploading.
It is an auction site that you can sell at a fixed price too. The commission is 2.5% of your sale when you sell. Worth trying.

Blujay is good. It's not an auction site, but it's free to use, and gets fairly good traffic.

are you looking at international or country specific? I know a few good eBay-like websites, but it is country specific, like lelong.com.my (Malaysia) and auction.ph, buyandsell.com.ph (Philippines).
