I loved R.L Stine when I was a kid but the Goosebumps series were too juvenile for my liking. Not that they were juvenile books but I read at a higher level than my age so I was just always thinking those books were too juvenile. I loved the Fear Street ones.

I am not much of a reader but I saw these books for the first time a few weeks ago, a friend was moving and was chucking a lot of things out and I hate to see things just being thrown in the rubbish so I put them in a box and brought them home they now sit in my shed somewhere, there is only a few of them amongst other books, but I couldn't even get into Harry Potter, I think I might be the only person in the world not into them....

I was never into goosebumps books myself, but I know many children who are. My step son partly read them for a while. One year I gave four goosebump books to my ten year old nephew & he loved them.
