incredible health care

Recently i have seen the documentaty film named SICKO,which directed by Micheal Moore.It`s so amazing! I couldn`t imagine the health care in UK and in French would like that before i saw the film.It`s totally free.Moreover,in London,you will be paid when you leave the hospital if you don`t have the fee to go home.It`s really incredible.I don`t know whether it`s the truth.Maybe it`s exaggerated.I really don`t know.But i dream of that kinda welfare.It`s so cool. In addition,I didn`t know the health care in America would be that bad.I thought most western countries have a good welfare,in all fields.Because i know the tax in those country is high.Maybe i am wrong.
