why sreeshanth shouts against batsmen?????

All most all the cricket fan might watched sreeshanth shouts against the batsmen.Im still searching for the answer.sree shanth made his first debute to international cricket about 2 years back.Before him there were many legends who played and enjoyed the game without loosing there discipline.well sreeshanth is a good bowler and i agree with it,but he loose his temper suddenly and barks at the batsmen.At the sametime he has to pay penalty to icc,but still he barks at batsmen.
He bowls in good line and length and he is quick in picking wickets,but he should not loose his temper.There are many fast bowlers namely shoaib akhtar,bret lee,pathan,zaheer etc.They hav more experience than sreeshanth in the international matches but they keep their descipline. GUYS WHAT U SAYS ABOUT THIS?

I think different players react differently to pressure. The way Sreesanth handles the pressure is by letting loose at the opposition. The Aussies who are now calling Sreesanth as excess were the first team to start doing it. It seems that when someone pays them back they suddenly have a moral awakening!!
But, there is a thin line between competitiveness and going over the moon and Sreesanth sometimes steps over the line.
