Discussion and image earnings are now combined into one line item call "participation".
This is what I noticed today when I clicked on my earnirngs. This means that we can not see them in separate columsn. Unlike before we learn how much we earn from each image we upload.
What is you initial reaction about this? What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of this update here in mylot?
I think it will be more harder for us to figure it out how much we earn. This update is not very transparent on earnings of images and participations.

Yes updates are great. Reply will always gave us something for our earnings. Thanks for responding my discussion my friend.
Mylot is giving a lot of time for updates. I agree that it is about time that they do something more.

Ya i found that participation and image earnings are combined in a single one...Actually, we would like to see what we have earned from discussions and images...I dont know why they did like this.....but anywhere we have to accept this....

Yes all we need it acceptance of what mylot has to offer. I agree, it is much better to see both in two different columns. It will give us a clearer idea about our earnings.
I think mylot does not what to be transparent this time.

You are right my friend. We just have to go with the flow mylot is going. We do not have much choice.
I am glad to have seen mylot updates, I think it is one way of telling us they are at work. And we are assured of our earnings.

That is true my friend. It will make us hard to figure out our earnings.
Mylot really have all the options. We only have to follow.

At first it kind of upset me as it did you. The tracking however may be better on this and therefore in the end may be a much better deal.
Also one does not have as many columns to scroll across so the report is easier to read in this way. I am sure that MyLot had a great reason for doing this or they would not have made the changes.

From my experience posting a LOT of p[hotos they now only pay
one cent each. In the past I could earn more for comments and
views of the photos. So I think they did this to make it easier
as it seems to be a flat rate now for photos uploaded. Just my
opinion from my experiences in the past year.

Thank you my friend for telling me heard from you today. I have been so busy specially with the coming season.
I can see that mylot wanted to minimize something. And wanted to let us know they are working for the best of its loyal users as well as their staff.

I think all these new updates are a means to confuse and bewilder the participants. They want us to think they are improving our online discussion experience. What real value do the new interest level rankings provide? Will you not respond to an interesting discussion because the initiator is a lower level interest ranking?
I think it is all smoke and mirrors, a big distraction.
It won't change my use of mylot at all. If there is something interesting being discussed that I think I can make a contribution to, I will.

From my past experience with uploading images in interest groups and discussions I am earning one cent each and not any more. This seems to be the norm so I know how many photos I upload and this is the way I figure that end out.

I always prefer to have access to more details than, not. It gives you more options and a better feel for the pay and person.

Well for me, they don't pay enough for a Dr.Pepper and peanuts anyway,I don't even pay attention to what they pay or don't! I'm merely here for the discussions!

I am here in mylot after a short break, and just now i see all those rank levels..etc, i cant understand, and i dont really bother about it coz,i am here to have a good time and make some good friends and to earn a bit as long as the time is available to me.

The only time I ever visit my earnings page is when someone brings something up that pretains to it. Otherwise, I don't really care to see it. I earn whatever I earn and so be it with me.

Its ok with me, I know the changes that we have here on mylot would always be for the welfare of both the mylotters and the mylot admin. As a whole, I like the changes that I have seen here on mylot, it motivates me to post more and more with quality coz it could improve my inetrest ratings if I belong to the lower rating.
Its very cool and I hope you are also motivated to post more and more here on mylot.

I don't like this new updates. Actually in the past I already found that even if I uploaded more than two photos for the discussions, I earned only one cent to it. So now this earnings are combined and we can't tell how much for the photo uploading.

in my opinion this step will further reduce the transparency in the earnings....it would be of no benefit to us...as far as i can figure out..maybe they have some other motive behind this step..

I didn't realize that My Lot combines both discussion and image earnings until I read the red color message. I think it is harder to understand how My Lot calculates our earnings. As far as I could see, my earnings are getting lesser. Sometimes when I responded to a few discussion, I didn't get any earnings update after 24 hours.
