Sewing machine

I bought a sewing machine this year, second hand from a friend. I've used it so far to stitch seams etc. but I haven't done any big projects yet. I'm not very good at it yet for starters! I think with a little more practice I will attempt more things, but they look so difficult! I'm hoping to find an evening class that can teach beginners how to make clothes and such.

I have a Janome 6260QC (quilter's companion) as well as a Babylock Imagine serger. I don't really sew clothing for myself, but I do sew for my daughters :-)

We do have at home. My mother inherited it from her mother, my grandmother. I tried it once and I therefore conclude that I have no talent in sewing at all hehe.. My mother loves sewing even before. She used to make clothes for me during my birthdays before. She loves making her own curtains. Our sewing machine is indeed very helpful and useful.

I don't have a sewing machine but I do know how to sew, I fix hole or resew buttons and other minor repairs like that. I can't make outfits or anything like that, but then again most guys don't know the first thing about sewing.

My husband bought me a sewing machine this Christmas and I love it! I haven't sewed since high school so I've been practicing at home for the past couple of days! It's all coming back to me now! Haven't done anything yet except to fix up an hem.

No unfortunately I don't have a sewing machine although I'd really like to have one because really nice clothes are very expensive but I know I would have to go on a course first and I don't have nor money nor time for that now. I envy people who can make their own clothes. I can knit but that's not the same.

Well we have sewing machine at home. I do sew my own house clothes, curtains, pillow cases, bed covers, bags and etc. I sometimes accept some clothes repair too. Or if someone well ask me to make curtains/bed covers/pillow cases for them. But lately that I got a work. I can do it not as much as before. But its fun to make your own things.

yeah i have sewing machine i just bouth it last year singer brand i make pillow case, ponytail, and i use it also to sew my other pants that long for me i just cut it and sew it i love to sew but not everyday because im busy also in the internet:-)

No i dont have an sewing machine....If it is there also i dont stich my clothes....after all i am boy right....hehehehhehe....

I love to sew! I make anything from my own prom dress to pajamas to curtains. It's so much fun. The only bad part is with kids I can't really sit down to do it as much as I used to. It makes me sad. lol
