I mean to say 'scribbles'... scribbles are childlike, simplicity of color and line would appeal to children and adults alike.

Thats cute , diansinta... and color full. i wish i can draw like that. You still need some concentration in making a line here,.. but its was ok. I will wait for the next drawing of yours. :D

wow diansinta, I really like that picture, the style is original
I can imagine this kind of pictures not only in a children book but also in Happy Birthday cards/notebook covers/mugs etc. You can make a brand out of it, just find a cute name :)

I love your drawing. Maybe as an artist you have a ways to go like people here are saying, but I think you do fine artwork for a children's book. Your work is bright, uncomplicated, and says a lot even without words.
Are you a writer, too? I am a writer, but I'm not fortunate enough to draw like you do to go with it. Any time you want to collaborate, let me know!

Its a great idea! xD I always get trouble with words .. Because i want to make it in english. lets makes a tale book story if you really trust me. i send you some more picture and send a story to me.
all you have to do is ordering what we should put in the picture. such as
a girl, long red hair , in a field, 3 sheep, next to her a basket, with daisy flower in it, and so on..
Let me know when the story is ready!

With the image that you provided as well with the statement that you want to be a children's book writer...
Hmmm, a writer and a children's book illustrator..
The image you provided, well, its good considering the anatomy of the characters all share the same. The colors are also considerable for children's appreciation.

Your drawing was good. I think you have a long way to go. I mean you can earn more if you could give more time and some marketing savvy, better than spending much of your time in other areas that push you out of focus. Good luck in your endeavor!
