Have you ever considered hiring a personal coach ? Or have you hired a personal coach and if so what the result ?

Nah. I'm the type that just figures it out for myself. I've never really been able to afford such a luxuary. Even if I could afford it, I'd feel pretty silly spending money on it. I can pretty much motivate myself.

Not really. I'd be able to do things myself, it's nice that someone can show me the ropes but most things I want to do and self teach myself. (well most things I'd like to do) ~Joey

If I could I would to help my for health reasons. I am going to physical therapy right now 2 times a week. So far it is helping but it would be nice to have my own personal coach to help me out.

Only one time. I hired a personal trainer when I was a lot more athletic than I am now. I used to go there 2 days a week before work. He had a boxing background and style, but I was just mainly getting into shape. It worked out very well for me.
