how to improve sleep?

dont think of anything for 11 sec to 11 min you will fall to sleep automatically. mainly you need to relax so practise meditation

dont take anything with caffeine, make your self tired, work as resident physician in a hospital

Hi Solinndali, If some body is always can not sleep, it is sure that they are suffering from either sleep disorder or a pshycological problem. For this one has to take a doctor's advice, because it is necessary to find out the reason for sleep disorder and take prescribed medicines. General advises will not help much.

Hello, Solinndali!if you suffer from insomnia please take a little worm water and mix with it one tea spoon full honey,and drink before going to bed.concentrate your mind and count 1 to10,and repeat this till you sleep.or if you are fond of songs hear for some time or till you fall asleep.do some exercise in the evening.if you follow this process for some days,you will improve sleep.thanks a lot and good day.
