Christmas is just a few days away. It seems to be coming rather quickly this year. I am sure many of us have that one person who is hard to shop for and now all the sudden you realize that you have nothing for them. What to do??
How about making them a CD. There is a complete album download at Canada.com It is FREE. This offer is sponcered byThe Vancouver Sun and Netwerk Music Group. All you will need to do is have a blank CD and the ability to download it to your computer and burn it on a CD. Problem solved!
When you register to get your FREE download, you will also be entered for a chance to win an autographed Christmas greeting card from Sarah McLaughlan and the Barenaked Ladies. These are the tracks to the songs on the album. You do have to be 13 or older to get the download.
Barenaked Ladies and Sarah McLachlan - God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen
The Weepies - All That I Want
Sarah McLachlan - Silent Night
Matt Wertz - What Child Is This
Lily Frost - Skating On The River

My brother and I have been swapping each other unusual christmas music cds for the past few years...i have heard almost all of these and they really are great songs.
my favorite christmas cd is out of circulation i believe...it is called "Just Say Noel"...featuring beck, wild colonials, remy zero, sonic youth, aimee mann and many others...the posies "Christmas" is my favorite, even if it is a rather depressing christmas song...
this year my cd burner broke...and i think we've exhausted all the songs out there...so he's getting some handmade art by me this year instead.
