International calls to India (Help!)

Hi guys does anyone knows the cheapest way to call India frequently. I call India quite frequently and by using calling cards, it seems to cost me a lot. Does anyone know other way to call India. I know there are skype and stuff but if i have to call to their phone. I mean i can use my laptop but the people who i am calling can use their phone at the moment only. So is there any way to call them for cheaper price. Please help!
