Deskjet 820cxi anyone got spare parts please

We have several printers but our very favourite is the deskjet820cxi and we really need a part for it. It is cap to the black ink cartridges which retains the cartridge in place to enable printing. Do you have this part, or do you know where we could try to obtain the part please? No joy on ebay. We are also looking for spare ink cartridges. Any help very much appreciated.

So sorry I dont have that one my old printer is a deskjet something or other . hope ya find one soon hugs

No success yet but take a note of that web site recommended above. It is a very good site and I reckon you might use it too at some point. Hugs.

I believed that model is extrememly old...You would have better luck going to HP and ask, than going elsewhere... Good luck

Yup, you are correct, it IS old, but it only needs a small part to make it work and with the international policies on global warming and recycling you would think we could get this small piece. Nope, not from HP we cant, but we are still looking.
