okay can someone help me understand exactly how much you earn for doing things. thanks.

basically post replies to discussions that are 5 lines or more. post photos in your interests, and comment on photos in your friends photos. just keep doing theses things until you reach 500 and then comment and post a photo with your comments and make more.

because i'm in england, the dollars i earn will be subject to exchange right correct?

No one can tell you how much you can earn because it depends on how many replies/discussions you post in a day and how good are these posts...
However, if you start a discussion and upload a pic, you can earn $0.01 for each discussion...though I heard you need to have at least 500 posts

upload a pic for every discussion? does that mean you need a picture for each discussion or you wont earn?

First of all, welcome to mylot happygamez1. There is no really a definite amount you could earn here in mylot. It always depends on the topics you have started, if it is of good quality or not.
It also depends on the response you have contributed here in every discussions and subjects. As much as possible, you should avoid one-liner response.
Uploading pictures, as what the other members have said, could also increase your earnings.
Referring friends and other colleagues here in mylot would also increase your earnings. The more friends you refer, the better the chances of getting a lot of earnings, provided if they are also actively participating in every discussions here in mylot.
But before doing these, you need to read the FAQs and guidelines first so that you will be guided accordingly. Happy posting! :-)
