I love the time when he talked about his life in a bus stop... While he was waiting for the bus to arrive, he shared his box of chocolate and burst out these words "Life is like a box of chocolate, you'll never know what you can get until you get some..."
I really love that part of the movie.. It gave me goos bumps until now!!!

I admire his guts and perseverance to do things which is not only helpful for him but for other people which is he's not aware of. He maybe dumb but out of his awareness, he proved that he is not.
Sometimes, it is good to be dumb because you just do the things that you want to do and not thinking about what people would tell you about it because if you're dumb, you'll not like what people usually say about you because you're dumb. But with Forrest, he doesn't mind what other people would say or think as long as he likes what he's doing and his Mom is proud of him.

I like his loyalty to Jenny. From his childhood all the way to his marriage to her, he never stop thinking of Jenny, who has been his love all his life. Now THAT is loyalty. He treats her as his soulmate, his best friend and his girl and he would never hurt her. In fact, he protects Jenny from those who tries to take opportunities or hurts her. He never holds the grudge against Jenny even though she always left him on his own and run away, in fact, when Jenny came back, he accepts her with open arms.
Now how many of us can do that, eh?
