How much money do you usually leave these people as a tip?

Provided service makes me decide whether tip should be extended or not

I tip according to service. If you are rude - you get a very small tip. If you are friendly and helpful - I will overtip.

It all depends on the quality of the service , the quality of the food and how much extra money I have on me for that particular day . I don't have a problem with leaving a tip if the service was really good . But won't leave a tip to someone who was snotty with me while they waited on me . They say 15% of your meal is what you should leave when you leave a tip . Sometimes I follow this and other times I don't .

a minimum of 20% - Many of these people are paid much less per hour in the expectation they will make up the difference in tips.
